No two plants are the same and plants may arrive with slightly more or less abundance of foliage. If the plant is drastically different than the listing photo, send a photo to info@prismplant.com and we are happy to address the issue.
If the plant arrives slightly damaged or limp, this may be a result of the plant being deprived of light and water during transit as shipping can be stressful on a living plant. From our experience, most plants can be brought back to complete health after a few days of light, water and care. It is always best to send us a photo so we can assist you on this process.
For cold weather areas we ask that you purchase a heat pack with your order. We recommend 1 heat pack per 3-4 plants. If you choose to disregard this advice, we can not guarantee the condition of your plants upon arrival and any living plants damaged during transit will not be eligible for refund/replacement.
