Return Policy

All Live Plant Sales are FINAL Sale. We only accept returns on plant accessories/ non-perishable items. Returned items must be in new/unused, marketable condition. Any damage noted on returned items voids our return obligation. Upon receipt of returns, if terms have been met and no damage is noted, a full refund, less return shipping fees and a 15% restock fee, will be returned via the payment method used at checkout. If your order arrives damaged then please email photos of the damaged item(s) and shipping box to info@prismplant.com. Any damage inquiries without photo proof are not guaranteed refunds. Due to the nature of live plants, not all damage merits a full refund. Prism Plants reserves the right to refuse any returns it so chooses. 

If you receive a plant that has slight cosmetic damage due to transit (a few yellowing leaves, a broken stem or two, but no damage to the plant's root) and the plant is still able to thrive in its condition, we are able to issue a refund of up to 50% off the original price.

Please note - if you choose a replacement instead of a refund, we are not liable for the replacement arriving damaged. 

Address changes must be noted within 24-48 hours of placing your order. However, if the item has already been shipped, we will not be able to make an address change. Please email us at info@prismplant.com, if possible, after the 48 hours as it is possible your order has not shipped within this time frame. 

Refund payments can only be issued to the original payment method used. 

Return shipping charges will be deducted from all non-living plant item return refunds.
